1st course

Choice of:

Raw Bar for 2 - Cape Cod Oysters, Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, Jonah Crab Claws

Lobster Bisque - Watercress, Truffle Honey Crème Fraiche

Housemade Cavatelli - Black Pepper Ricotta, Roasted Almond & Basil Pesto, Pecorino

 

2nd Course

Choice of:

Scallop & Bacon - Crispy Pork Belly, Georges Bank Scallops, Peppercorn Caramel

Short Rib - Cabernet Poached Panko Fried Egg, Mascarpone Polenta, Arugula Salad

Salad - Mache, Roasted Carrots, Avocado, Berkshire Blue, Spiced Hazelnuts,

Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

 

3rd Course

Choice of:

Barrel Cut Sirloin - Yellow Beets, Cauliflower Puree, Pinot Noir Grilled Fig Butter,
Micro Celery Salad

Salmon - Fennel Pollen Crusted, Lobster Mushrooms, Asparagus Spears, Herb Risotto, Champagne Butter Sauce

Risotto - Acorn Squash, Peas, King Oyster Mushrooms, Pea Tendrils
