Enjoy sparkling views of the Boston skyline with featured GrandTen Distilling pairings to complement a five-course pork-inspired dinner prepared by executive chef Brian Dandro.

Experience a different side of dining as all dishes proudly showcase Berkshire pork as an art. The evening will feature a reception with passed hors d'oeuvres and a five-course plated dinner tailored to the evening's selection of GrandTen Distilling spirits to include: Craneberry Rum, WireWorks American Gin, New Medford Rum and 383 Peach Brandy.

Proudly crafted in South Boston, GrandTen is inspired by new and interesting flavors, while taking pride in producing high quality classic spirits. Their flagship product, Wire Works American Gin, celebrates the history of the famous South Boston iron foundry that occupied the space where they now distill. All of the products are produced in very small batches and distilled in copper. Every step, from choosing the raw ingredients to bottling and labeling, is done by hand.
